All domestic orders are shipped with “ELTA COURIER” and international orders are shipped with “UPS” or “DHL”.
Shipping in Greece and Cyprus is free.

  • In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order.
  • EARTH’S TEARS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
  • Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. EARTH’S TEARS shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.
  • Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly contact our company via phone at +30 210 6199471 or via e-mail at [email protected] οr visit our store.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To complete the return or exchange, all products should be in excellent condition and no other state beyond their original. We will not accept products should the tag be removed.

Returning goods should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during the shipping process.

Returns/exchanges are free of charge within Greece only when ELTA COURIER is used and only for one return. In case the sender wishes to use another courier company, the sender will be responsible for such costs.

If your order has been sent abroad return fees should be paid by sender.

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for special orders. Returns are accepted at the price of purchase and with a valid sales receipt or exchange card.

In case of Return, the amount can either be credited to your account for a future purchase or refunded to your bank account. Refunds are provided only when the returned good/s are accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

Kindly note that:

  • Refunds require 5 working days, starting once the returned good/s have been delivered back to the e-shop.
  • 1st bank account holder must be the customer in whose name the order was carried out
  • Refund of partial returns is only applicable via transfer to a bank account.

Attention! Refunds are only applicable for e-shop purchases and not store purchases. Please note that we do not accept returns for seasonal products and no refunds are available for seasonal products. 

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.

Payment Methods

The following methods of payment are accepted:

  • CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
     EARTH’S TEARS does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in AlphaBank’s secure platform:
    • through credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners cards.
    • using the Masterpass electronic wallet.
  • PAYPAL
     EARTH’S TEARS welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

  • CASH ON DELIVERY
     Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 500 euros. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

  • BANK TRANSFER
     Your payments must be addressed to the following bank account:

    • Bank Name: Alpha Bank, Account Number: 121 00 2002 023886, IBAN: GR36 0140 1210 1210 0200 2023 886, BIC: CRBAGRAA, Account Holder: Proestou Christianna (EARTH’S TEARS).

      Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure.

Transaction Security

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol.

Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Terms & Conditions

  • The website WWW.EARTHSTEARS.COM is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet to all Internet users. 

  • The site has been managed by EARTH’S TEARS, a Greek company, whose head office is located at Agiou Konstantinou 40, 15124, Marousi – Greece, with tax registry number 106421761.

  • The e-shop enables EARTH’S TEARS to offer for sale luxury clothes and accessories for all Web Surfers who connect to the Website. For the purposes hereof, EARTH’S TEARS and the User(s) are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually the “Party”, and any User who confirms an order is referred to as the “Buyer”. The rights and obligations of the User(s) necessarily apply to the Buyer(s).

  • Users/Buyers must be over the age of 18 years old and have full legal capacity. 

  • The Products are intended for personal use by the User, and not directly intended for the latter’s professional use.

  • Any Product ordered via the Website presupposes having read and expressly agreed these Terms and Conditions of Sale, but that acceptance is not conditioned by a handwritten signature from the User.

  • The present terms fully comply with the current European and Greek legislation; users acknowledge the company’s right to modify any provisions of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished situations.

  • Website users acknowledge they have read the present terms, agree with them and undertake to comply with them. 

  • These Terms and Conditions may be subject to modifications, the conditions applicable are those in effect on the date of execution of the order. 

  • The User may save or print these Terms and Conditions of Sale, provided they are not modified in any way.

  • The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to set out the rights and obligations of both Parties, exclusively because of the relationships they initiate on the Internet, with respect to any and all online sales of Products offered on the Website.

  • They apply to all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of such order as contracted between the Parties. 

  • This document is the sole document applicable to the relationship between the Parties ; it cancels and supersedes any other document.

  • The time of delivering the order to the client depends on the availability of products and on the shippment address. 

  • The buyers can track their products using the unique reference number of their order that will be provided by mail.

  • In case of delay, due to incidents of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions or general strikes, EARTH’S TEARS takes no responsibility and does not become unreliable.

  • The delivery of e-shop products can be executed both in Greece and abroad, in certain ways, judging from the area and the amount of products ordered by the client.

  • E-shop products are sold while stocks last. EARTH’S TEARS cannot provide any guarantee on the availability of products but it guarantees the on-time update of the consumers about the lack of availability.

  • The photos of the products are evident and in high quality. However, the colours may be a little alienated due to different screen types and analysis.

  • Order must be received through the e-shop as soon as the relevant order form is filled and sent. The prices of products include VAT. 

  • EARTH’S TEARS reserves the right to change the pricelist without warning and without affecting the prices of already listed orders. While submitting the order, the client may choose a retail receipt or an invoice. 

  • Invoices are issued to both companies and freelance traders as long as they complete the following data: name of the company, tax number, tax office, address of the company and of the delivery and profession. 

  • Any changes on this data can be made up to the confirmed date of delivery by the shipping section.

  • EARTH’S TEARS sells products of its e-shop according to the existing rules and the existing Law system. EARTH’S TEARS takes no responsibility for accidental damages that might happen to clients or users of the e-shop, apart from the obligation to return and replace its products, according to the following terms.

  • EARTH’S TEARS has no responsibility for any form of damage (positive, special or depositional that indicatively and not limitedly, disjunctive or/and cumulative consisting of loss of profits, loss of data, lost profits, complete refund etc.) that may occur to the user of the e-shop or to any other person, caused by the malfunction or the bad use of services, pages, options and content of it or/and by failing to provide services or/and information, normally provided by the e-shop, or/and by accidental unauthorised interventions by third parties onto products or/and services or/and information provided through it.

  • On the above reasons are also included cases of errors, or skipping during the on line data entry of the information provided (prices, features of products etc.) as well as errors, skipping or technical reasons of any kind, that affect or postpone, for a reasonable time, the function of the e-shop or/and its services.

  • EARTH’S TEARS takes no responsibility in cases of defective function of the e-shop, or in general or minor incompetence of providing its services due to accidental events or reasons of force majeure, or any other reason caused by the liability of other entities.

  • EARTH’S TEARS reserves the right to add, subtract or modify its e-shop and its information provided through it or/and its services as well as changes in the way of browsing information.

  • EARTH’S TEARS takes all precautions necessary to ensure the unceasable access to the e-shop. However, EARTH’S TEARS reserves the right to interrupt the function of the e-shop or/and part of its services, to allow maintenance works without previous notice to the users.

  • The use of the e-shop should be made for legal purposes and in a way that does not limit or prevent its use by third parties.

  • The visitor ought to use the e-shop according to the Law, the morality and the existing terms, and not to act in order to damage or cause malfunction to it, to influence or to endanger the provision of services by EARTH’S TEARS. 

  • The user of the e-shop takes the responsibility for any damage done to EARTH’S TEARS by bad, illegal or unethical use of its services.

  • Every client of the e-shop has the right, according to the existing Law, to withdraw from the sale without any reason, by filling the ‘withdraw form’, which he/she ought to communicate to EARTH’S TEARS through mail at [email protected] and return the purchased item within 15 working days from the date of its delivery. In this case, the return costs are at clients expense.

  • For the return to be accepted, the item should be in its original package, in the condition it was delivered, complete, without damage (for both product and package) and not used.

  • It is required, for the item to be accompanied by the original retail receipt or the invoice. Before the return, the client must send an e-mail to [email protected] to request the Return Merchantise Authorization number and arrange the exact time of the return.

  • Refunding is arranged the same way as the original purchase was made, within 30 working days, starting from the date of the product’s delivery, at the above condition. 

  • Please note: PRODUCTS ON SALE AND PRODUCTS OF LAST SEASON MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED. 

  • If any part of the above terms opposes to the Law, it automatically ceases to exist and excludes from the agreement and in no case does it affect the validity of the remaining terms.

  • Any concession, additional time or not implementation of one or more of the present terms by EARTH’S TEARS cannot be interpreted as resignation, permanent or temporary, partial or total, of any right or claim that stem from them or from the Law.

  • All the parties (Greek, European and from the rest of the world) will cover the present agreement Laws and will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Justice Hall of Athens.
